Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seeknetic's websites, applications, software, APIs, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services Description

Seeknetic provides AI-powered video intelligence infrastructure, including:

• Shot-level video understanding and tagging
• Video embedding and semantic indexing
• Natural language video search and retrieval

Seeknetic operates as a video understanding and processing layer, not as a content hosting or distribution platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable laws

Customer Content & Ownership

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload and all outputs generated exclusively from your content, including tags, embeddings, indexes, and metadata. Seeknetic does not claim ownership over customer content or derived outputs.

License to Process

You grant Seeknetic a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Data Usage & Model Training

By default:

• Customer content is not used to train Seeknetic's foundation or general-purpose models
• Aggregated, anonymized system-level metrics may be used to improve service reliability and performance

Any use of customer content for model improvement requires explicit opt-in agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer Seeknetic's models or embeddings
• Use the Services to build or train competing video intelligence systems
• Circumvent usage limits or security safeguards

API & SDK Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits and pricing tiers, as well as fair use and abuse prevention policies. Seeknetic may suspend or restrict access for excessive or abusive usage.

Service Availability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Seeknetic does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Seeknetic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Seeknetic in the preceding twelve (12) months

Termination

Seeknetic may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Security or legal risks
• Non-payment

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
